Every GEM report is issued after identification, testing, a second review and quality control. Each one is recorded in our online registry.

Every report is published to the GEM registry and can be verified by QR code or report number, 24 hours a day.

On request, a report can include an indicative replacement value for insurance and reference.

Reports are delivered folded in a protective sleeve, with a summary label and a tear-off stub for your records.

Updated condition, additional photographs or a replacement copy, linked to the original record.

Priority handling for urgent items, subject to availability.
